TREATMENTS
A Holistic Approach
Everybody holds the keys to their own healing, but sometimes the body needs a little help. As an experienced bodywork practitioner, I work with you to restore your balance and find your center.

Manual Lymph Drainage ( MLD) is a relaxing treatment with a powerful yet subtle effect on the body. Specific gentle movements applied to the skin stimulate contractions of the lymphatic vessels resulting in homeostasis of the circulation fluids. MLD helps move lymph forward to decongest the connective tissue by stimulating microcirculation and lymph vessel motility. By assisting lymphatic flow, the immune system is enhanced, the nervous system relaxed, pain is alleviated, and the body heals more quickly from surgery, wounds, and chronic illness.

Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) is the standard of care and has been shown effective in the treatment of lymphedema and lipedema. CDT includes MLD, exercise therapy, skin care, compression bandages, and compression garments.

External massage techniques, as taught by Dr. Rosita Arvigo, DN, are applied to the abdomen, pelvis, back, and hips to gently assist in decongesting and realigning the vital organs.

Correcting the position of the vital organs restores the natural balance of blood, lymph, nerve, and energy flow to the abdomen and pelvic bowl. When these systems are out of balance, many symptoms may manifest. These techniques are especially supportive to those experiencing fertility issues, digestive issues, painful or irregular menstruation, low back pain, fibrous, hormonal changes, mood disorder, pregnancy through postpartum recovery, and menopausal changes.

A self-care abdominal massage is taught at the initial session. Other lifestyle and dietary changes may be recommended to support your goals.

Achieve healthy, radiant skin naturally with these advanced facial rejuvenating treatments. These non-invasive techniques are performed by hands trained directly by leading global facial aesthetic pioneers Yakov Gershkovich and Cecily Braden.

A combination of facial treatments such as Facial Sculpting Technique, Gua Sha Facial Fusion, Ayurvedic Marma Therapy, and MLD may be used based on the goals and needs of each person.

Facial treatments improve blood circulation, and lymphatic drainage, increase microcirculation in the subcutaneous adipose tissue, and improve cellular respiration and tissue nourishment. The results are restored muscle tone, elasticity, and collagen production.

After the facial massage, the intra-oral techniques, also known as buccal massage, may be applied with gloved hands. The inside of the mouth and cheeks along the attachments and musculature of the jaw, and also, indirectly, the facial bones of the skull, are skillfully massaged.

In addition to greatly improving the skin's elasticity and appearance, emotional well-being is increased as the neck muscles, face, and jaw are relieved from carrying long-held stress patterns.
Warm herbal oil is massaged over the body focusing on lubricating the joints, increasing blood and lymph flow, and decreasing stress. It is deeply nourishing to the skin and nervous system.
