WHO I AM AND WHAT I DO

As part of my practice and philosophy, I strive to both educate and empower people to live their healthiest lives. I believe that every body has intelligence and the innate power to heal. I create a safe space for your body to relax, restore & rediscover its own healing capacity.  I have over 20 years of experience as a massage therapist. Over the years, I've acquired advanced skills in Dr. Vodder's Manual Lymph Drainage and Complete Decongestive Therapy, as well as Abdominal Therapy taught by Dr. Rosita Arvigo. I have 13 years of clinical expertise in treating a complex range of issues involving lymphedema, lymphatic and auto-immune conditions, and breast health & oncology rehabilitation. ​I am committed to life long learning. I  currently continue to study Ayurveda and I am in the process of certification for Somatic Sex Education. My approach is always client centered with a combination of both eastern and western methods inspired by Ayurveda.
